The Portuguese Game Developers Association has recently partnered with Amazon Web Services for Games (AWS for Games) to become an official AWS Activate Provider.
This collaboration is expected to offer Portuguese game developers access to various resources and tools that can help them scale their games with AWS services. The AWS for Games Activate program is designed specifically for game developers and offers them resources, support, and training to help them succeed. APVP can offer the following AWS Activate benefits to game developers that meet the eligibility criteria:
- $5,000 in AWS Activate Credits valid for 2 years
- 1 year of AWS Business Support (up to $1,500)
Through this partnership, APVP can offer Portuguese game developers access to AWS credits and other benefits to help them build their games. This includes access to AWS services such as Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Amazon GameLift, and Amazon DynamoDB. Game developers can use these services to build their games, store and manage data, and launch and scale their games to millions of players. AWS for Games Activate program also offers game developers access to training resources and expert support to help them develop and launch their games.
