During Games Connect – Websummit’s Game Development Side event, APVP signed a Cooperation Agreement with Abragames to define a strategic cooperation agreement that amplifies our joint efforts and propels our nations’ industries onto the global game development stage.
This partnership is a testament to our commitment to fostering innovation, knowledge exchange, and collaborative initiatives. The agreement reinforces both parties’ commitment to the following:

  • Engage in joint efforts to plan and promote events and various activities aimed at enhancing the growth of our respective communities.
  • Facilitate bilateral meetings between game developers from both countries during international conferences.
  • Extend a warm welcome and provide support to each other’s members when they visit and engage with local stakeholders.
  • Assist in the smooth transition and integration – softlanding – of each other’s members into the counterpart’s jurisdiction.
  • Collaborate in the coordination and organization of a gathering uniting game developers from Portuguese-speaking countries.

The agreement was signed by André Pais (Board Member of APVP) and Rodrigo Terra (President of Abragames) during Games Connect on November 14th.
